feeling good about myself at present, got over all the family comings and goings and dinning out, without being too tempted, although at times it was very hard, but the weigh-in this morn was worth it, plus my little reward is now all the closer!!!!!!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
