Oh my, I gained 2 lbs over the weekend...but I can say that I am not surprised...I have been feeling a little bloated and I suspect it is water wait...well we will see. I usually have limited exercise on the weekend as well.

The biggest thing is I went over my calories, my friend brought me some African rice and I had a few servings of it. It was not planned and I ate a lot of it...if I had to guess I would say about 3 cups.

Well I worked out a little extra this morning, so hopefully that will be enough! Overall I am feeling really good!

Body Fat% - 26.5
Muscle Mass% - 40.1
Body Water% - 55.6
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I suspect higher sodium causing the water gain! Drink lots of water and I'll bet things will even out soon! The African rice sounds interesting - what was in it?

Your probably right, I worked 12 hour shifts this weekend and I ate processed food, "Smart Ones", low sodium but not compared to home prepared food. The African rice had several different seasonings [I will find out what they were, I am not exactly sure] it had fish in it, peas, corn and fried tomatoes. It was really good! A different flavor of food that I dont taste regularly. I am drinking the water as fast as I get it down...I am hoping to shed a pound by tomorrow...we will see...wish me luck!

I bet its the water, your water intake is way way more than mine. Its a lot more healthy than mine!! The rice has probably done you a lot of good in any case with all the exercise you are doing and its a healthy food in any event. I think the fact we weight every day doesnt help us , when it goes up slightly its noted where as if we weighed every week w would probably just note the loss. I can't help doing it every day tho even if I am not always pleased with the reading. I never did the crunches im afraid, how lazy am I. xxxxxxxx
