flat weight against yesterday which is good. I'm keeping my meals simple and limiting my fake sugars.

stomach still feels a bit strange which isn't great... very bubbly and a bit bloated. This seems to happen on and off.

weight is still one kilo above where I was a few weeks back and not sure what's keeping it from dropping back down.

132.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
