Sometimes when I'm down in the dumps I want to eat. That's when I stop myself, and think. I don't want to keep doing this cycle, no. But, I want to get better. So, I'm putting all of myself away and doing what I suppose to do. I start my shot on Monday. Let's see how this goes.
340.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 180.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A few small monthly goals, clearly defined, to begin changing a poor habit to a better habit, each change of habit, a change that you can keep for the rest of your life...not just until weight loss or surgery. Write them down. Track your progress. Be absolutely truthful to yourself and your Doctor. You can do it. You just have to stop the cycle so you can life your life fully and joyfully, before irreversible damage is done to your body. Shots & surgery are helpful tools in your weightloss toolbox, but they are not the solution. The solution is inside your mind Morganstuart. There is lots of support here at FS.
