Down 3.2 lbs for the week. WELL THEN. A nice little improvement compared to the last two weeks. I think it's a lot of water weight that had been retained around tom. The only down side to having such a large drop this week is that its likely to be a small number next week. It'll be okay, though. I'm still seeing the occasional 213.x lbs so, fingers crossed, I'll hit 215.0 lbs officially by next week's weigh-in. I need to up my cardio game, though; I let myself take nearly all week to make up the miles I missed earlier in the week and that's not a good thing to do. I think it's the stubborn belly fat that's making me feel like I'm not working hard enough. I have to be realistic with myself, though, too. I know from past experience that it is the belly fat that is the absolute worst for me to lose. I can't give up, but I also can't let myself fall into the trap of pushing too hard. It's a fine line, listening to your body but I know I'll pull it out. :D
