I got a decent workout yesterday on my Total Gym. I love that machine. It's here at home and I can get my exercise on quickly. I'm still working my core. There's nothing that motivates me to eat healthy than sore abs...
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
