....found a trial diet for Hashimoto Disease and basically avoid gluten and dairy products...which is extreme but will hopefully reduce inflammation....dark chocolate is acceptable so at least I can have that which is not a favourite lol...I will review in 6 months...hope all you guys are okay...Best wishes x

I can't get to see a GP they are not bothered so read up on loads of effective diets....basically it's veg, fruit and meat/fish which is prob better than a pack of twirls lol...I agree GP would be good but not possible...thank you for your comments...x
