its been a good week! not for food but in terms of loss on scale and inches I am super happy!

chest 37 --> down 1
upper belly 32.5---> same
lower belly 38.--> down .5
hips 39.---> down .5
thigh 22. --> same
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 11.5--> up .5

166.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
