Ok I slide up the scale I know what I did I know to get back up the saddle and move ahead and do the work to reach MY goal
156.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.5 lb a week

People oh your getting too skinny wait weight when i open a conversation asking your opinion then tell me your thoughts on My looks hey call me Twiggy thats more pleasing as i grew up admiring that super model I am a dancer i am a yogini I want to reach a goal i like being slender it is tremedous work and actually none of your damned business yes there is a drastic change truth be told I ate a twinkie the other day
