Small victories are still victories! I'm not proud to say that this week I didn't behave really well, however even during my non behave moments I tried to not misbehave that much. Therefore I am glad to see this result.

BMI: 27.1
151.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
