I went to have a few other cheddar cheese rice cakes mini snacks, but like a dummy i just ate em out of the bag while watching tv, I ended up finishing the bag off and didnt know it til i found my self reaching into a empty bag.
conclusion watching tv and eating at same time bad AND eating out of a bag is bad.
Turn off tv while eating, and count out snack, close bag then proceed to eat after putting bag back away.
