Lighter than last week Friday's weigh in. Yay. Meals are prepared and ready to stay on course. I need to get exercising again so I can really get the scale moving faster.

239.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
