Today's workout was walking. I've been wanting to lose weight this summer just walking. I had been slacking off a bit over the past few days, but I had made a come back. I had been logging my food intake for the last few days to see where I'm at and what I needed to work on. However some days are better than others.
342.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 182.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
