Dropped 2 lb in 6 days. Eating more calories per day, with fewer grams of protein to try to protect my kidneys from worsening CKD. Riding 20 miles every morning before breakfast now, kayaking an hour to ninety minutes every couple of days and walk or hike with the dog every evening. So far, so good.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 132.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
