There is little I can other than this is all my fault.

This morning when I was about to get on the scale I mentally prepped myself for what I knew would be bad news. The problem with all the cooking I've been doing lately is all the eating that comes with it. So now it has to stop.

We are all allowed to let go from time to time - and sometimes I think we NEED to, but the important part now is I need to dust myself off and refocus.

So I'm setting myself back to a mini induction phase.

This means back to NC's 20 max, calories at around 1200, and no treats. Quest bars yes, no nuts till Friday at the earliest (depending on the weigh in's).

For the next three days for sure snacking will be kept to a minimum. All food goes on the scale.

If I want to reach my goal of 55 by December then I need to refocus. So my blog focus for now will be less treats and back to basics which is maybe not a bad thing.

This has been the worst weigh in I've had in a while and its just no longer acceptable. I was so happy to break the 60's that now that I'm back in I just cannot let this happen.
