Still losing weight despite the great picnics and awesome food that seems to be piled everywhere that I look. So tempting! Some family members made comments like, OH come on, you can have just a little bit. HAHA, I fooled them. I didn't eat things I wasn't suppose to. I have to continue with my loss because of high sugar. The Doctor told me that I have 10 to 15 more pounds to go and I will be out of the woods. I'm 6' 3" tall so I no longer appear to be fat. That's a good thing! I went down a pants size already and hope to go down at least one more. I am so darn proud of myself. I also realize that if there is something that I need to do, I can do it if I try hard enough.
245.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Having now been off sugar for 14 months (also due to high sugar) - it gets to be a habit & easier all the time. Without dieting (just limiting carbs & staying away from sugar) I went from a BMI of 25 to 22 (lost over 20 lbs). Amazingly, the weight is continuing to come off (slowly, but not radically different from before).
