My goal was to reach 230 by june 1st.... I got there on May 13th. I am so frickin excited about this whole thing. I just set the new goal... #2.... 219 by July 4th. I think It can be done with no problem as long as I do not get of track.
Basketball this week helped as it has been 90 degrees every day and 30 minutes of that will make you loss weight very easily.
Tonight I play a show at a winery, time to splurge a little on fine cheese and wine... WOOOHOO!!!!!
