Went out for dinner last night, I tried to make healthy choices, but ended up having a small piece of cheesecake. But it was worth it, so yummy :)

you have to enjoy life and food. you cant be on a diet forever its just not sustainable or fun.

I am just scared, that I'll end up enjoying it too much again. I really have a food addiction. I never get full. I can eat a loaf of bread and an hour later something else. I don't know what is wrong with me. But I made it so far now. Just having the cheesecake (and it was a tiny piece) will hopefully not trigger anything

Check for emotional eating. I eat when I am mad or upset. Not that I don't enjoy a nice meal and dessert, that's not a bad thing. If you are not eating what you should, make sure it is for enjoyment and not because something else has gone wrong. I wish my kitchen had an emotional lock on it that could lock when I feel upset or angry. I probably wouldn't be here. Hmmm maybe a new retirement plan...

agree with cat4life. research and see if emotional eating is something you suffer from. it may even help to talk to a professional about it.
