No change to yesterday and still in the high end which is getting upsetting.

One or two day fluctuations I can deal but it's been nearly a week which is bad.

since Friday I've cut out peanut butter to cut down a bit on the salt and fat.

now the next few days will try to make food quite clean and see how it goes.
132.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
