August Fitness Challenge:
2.144 miles walked
3x20 squats
2x20 side lunges w/ arms*
2x10 heel raises
2x10 calf lifts
2x10 calf raises

*Alternated between front raises, lateral raises, and chest flies.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
