no change here. I can take that as good news or as not-so-good news. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose. And since I ate like crap still, I can be grateful it didn't go up.
I'm failing at my challenges also. I was so determined to stick with them, but I didn't - one reason why I didn't lose I suppose.
