August Fitness Challenge:
2.144 miles walked
1x60 sec top plank
1x35 sec elbow plank
2x40 squats
4x20 side lunges w/ arms*
2x10 heel raises
2x10 calf lifts
2x10 calf raises

*Alternated between front raises, lateral raises, and chest flies.
220.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
