Well, now, Scale. I see you feared for your life. So first, I weighed in at 221.6. I was happy with that. Then I weighed in at 219.8. I didn’t know how to feel about that (3 lbs down since yesterday). So I stepped off and on and off and on and off and on. It held. I’m not officially recording it, it’s a big threshold, but I’m mentioning it anyway. :)

August Fitness Challenge:
2.25 miles walked
2x35 squats
2x30 side lunges w/ arms*
2x10 heel raises
2x10 calf lifts
2x10 calf raises

*Alternated between front raises, lateral raises, and chest flies.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
