Yesterday was a lift day. I worked my upper body and abs. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 1075 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% and is still out of range // missed Sleep Goal
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
