Not good this weekend, one of the girls visiting had her birthday and we partied big time Wine really puts the weight on me OMG, will start on Tuesday !!!!!!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, and YES I did restart watching and recording, and to boost me I bought a new pair of jeans, nice tight fit !!!!!😁😁😤

Really proud of myself today, was out last night with two of the girls, for an evening meal, and I stayed off the wine and had no desert, will the scales tell the truth tomorrow ??????
