Today again is a historical day, because since loooooonnnng time I am under 80 kg even after drinking a red port yesterday (Mother Day). Cheers!!!
176.1 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
