Down 1.8 lb this week. Not huge, but good, especially in light of the 9 lb loss over the prior two weeks. That's a 3.6 lb running average. My body water content hit 50%, which is the goal I've been shooting for. My BMI is less than a point from dropping from obese to overweight. So things are still moving in the right direction.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 121.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
