Wow! I did quite lousy this week. I forgot all about my challenges. i need to make up some post-ti notes as reminders I guess. I see them again, so now I will make a note about them and see if I remember them when the food decisions time comes.
I need to get a handle on my ealth. I need to forget about everybody else and focus on me.
I need to drop the Dew - again! - and never look back, EVER!!! That will help a lot. I need to increase my water 10 fold. I don't drink near enough. Same with milk/dairy products. I can go days with out any dairy. Fruits and veggies, i'm pretty good. And the meat is good - except for how we end up cooking it - coated and fried for example.
Get with it. Let's lose this weight and get thin and sexy again (I can at least feel sexy with a thinner body, whether or not I am actually sexy).
