Yesterday was a good day. Rebecca inspired me to get a new scale that takes more measurements, so I did! The most exciting piece is that I weighed the same on my new scale as I did on my old scale!

Body Fat% -30.5
Body Water% -53.6
Muscle Mass -39.1
Bone Mass - 4.4

Yesterday my workout consisted of:
35 min treadmill at 10 incline speed 3.5
30 min treadmill at 2 incline speed 4.0

3 sets of 10 full body push ups
3 sets of 15 reps lower leg with 35 lb weights
3 sets of 20 reps upper arm with 10 pound weight

1 set 25 leg raises on each side
1 set of 50 crunches

3 sets of 50 calf pumps

I also cut the other half of my grass, it took about 45 minutes.

Overall I had a great day!

141.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey you have a new scale!! Congrats on all that exercise , golly gosh made me tired just reading it all!. You are doing fantastically well. Me, today i didnt go to the gym or swim , ive not felt like it. I will make up for it tho. You're muscle mass is greater than mine, I will keep logging mine so we can see it change as time goes on. Also your water is higher than mine think mine was @ 50%. My scale doesnt do bone mass, its very interesting having all that info to hand I think, esp as you can measure a difference in muscle as you work you can see a difference over time. xxxx keep it up ur doing fab x

Yes! I did some reading and I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade my scale. I had body fat on my old scale but it never worked right. It cost about $45 at Target. The amount of exercise I do in 1 hour and 20 minutes has been built up over the last 2 months. Trust me when I tell you I was not doing all this even 1 month ago. I try to increase my reps or my weights as I start to get use to a particular exercise. I try to challenge myself a little each time. Thanks for the support, you keep up the good work with eating and exercise.
