That weight of 240 was really bogus. Yes I weighed in a doctor's office in April but it was not a doctor's scale. It was some old cheap scale you buy at Dollar General.I knew it was off immediately as I weighed myself only a few days before. I weighed in later at work using a REAL weight scale and I was the same old same old. I should not have entered that weight. I'm going to get serious this time. I don't want to look back on this period 6 months from now and see I could have changed but didn't.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
