Completed a fast yesterday. Thought my weight would have been lower, but that's okay. I really want to get to 125 and figure out a way to stay there - at least have this 127 my upper range, 123 my lower. I seem to get close and then "celebrate" or some other life event gets in the way. lol It's a process, that much I know.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing super, D. I am doing a 30 hours fast on Friday and Saturday to support the youth at church in their fund raiser for World Vision. Fasting from 2 pm Friday until 8 pm Saturday and then communion to break the fast.

Hi ctlss. Good luck on the fast, I know you'll do fine. For me, I'd rather not eat at all from morning onward. It seems a lot more difficult to control what I eat than not eat. Not that it's a GOOD thing - shows I'm not "there" yet! Keep me posted on the fast and how you feel during it. I'm sure it's quite different when it's for spiritual reasons. Which to me, are far more legitimate than trying to grab control of food issues!

Hi rwl! You're doing great really! Some people disagree with fasting but I did it many times regularly. It's been a little while actually.. I should do one too. I can't do partially either. It has to be from the morning for all day. I usually go for three days. Just drinking plain water nothing else. Have a great evening and happy & healthy Wednesday to you tomorrow!:)
