TXSnowman's Journal, 01 May 2022

Wow! Big surprise. Down 4.0 pounds this week. Lots of walking and hiking, but not much strength conditioning. I got the gym mostly set up here at home now, so I plan to resume my Power 90 workouts tomorrow. I still need to reassemble my Gold's Gym Weight machine. I just moved it into the workout room and its still in pieces. I also need to find a repair shop for my very old Schwinn Stair Climber. Its the best machine I've ever found in any gym for getting an aerobic workout and it needs the electric motor repaired. So anyway, the plan continues to work, so I'll continue with it, albeit with fewer grams of Protein per day as ordered by Nephrologist. I have to keep protein between 60g and 80g per day, which will be a challenge, but one which I feel that I can achieve. I hope everyone has a great end to the weekend and a wonderful week to come.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 114.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
