Woohoo!! Met my goal for April. I need to now increase my exercise and decrease my dairy intake. I am still aiming for an 8 to 10lbs loss in May but will take 5....slow and steady wins the race!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
