For real? Less then 4 months ago I was weighing in at 138 - Why does this happen to me?!?! UGH! You would think with all of my allergies this wouldnt be possible.... Thats it, I blame the wine!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liquid calories are the worst! Particularly when you don't have to ingest them. WATER WATER WATER! No calories.

An endocrinologist once told me that, for some women, as little as one glass of wine can slow your metabolism up to 70% for the following 24-48 hours!

sadly, you probably should blame the wine...why can't wine be zero calories?? WHY WHY?????

24-48 hours really? Thats sad :( Definitely gives me another outlook on wine!
