Yesterday I indulged in the chocolates and candies my wife brought from South Africa. Today my sons are taking us to a Hibachi restaurant in Fayetteville for my 64th, so I will be way over my goals again today and that's okay.
168.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
