Took measurements this morning. Love handles are down .5 inch. Woot woot!

EDIT: just reviewed my first measurements out of curiousity and I was wrong. Love handle is down an INCH and waist is down .5 inches. My calves are also both down .5 inches but I'm not sure why. Whatevs!
138.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice! Calves are some of the hardest muscles to train in general. You don't want them to get too small or it will make your legs look disproportional. You might want to try calf raises on some stairs. Do them with your toes pointing straight ahead, out 45 degrees, and in with your heels out 45 degrees. It can be hard to balance. Also may not feel like too much, so start with 10-15 in each direction and see if you're sore the next day. I could do 100 and feel fine, but the next day I would pay for it. ;)

I may have to start doing some! My calves are tiny right now. I'm hoping to start running distances again now that it's FINALLY nice out. That seems to shape them pretty well too. You were in the army right? Did you ever do "The Killer"? Ex) 20 jumping jacks, 20 jumping jacks with just legs, 20 calf raises - then 19 of all, 18, etc...
