Back down again.
I guess it was just the higher salt intake and the massive consumption of food.

The one thing I love about 2.5 years on low carb is learning my body. trying to understand what makes it fluctuate and triggers. its interesting to see how food impacts the body. its changed the way I look at food in general to be honest.

I'm still following intermittent fasting as well. skipping just breakfast really isn't that big a deal and to be honest I feel like it keeps me eating less during the day.

happy with today's weight in.
Also overall my anniversary goal was to be the same weight as on my wedding day. I was only one or kg up which is not too bad.

by December my goal is to be back at 55 and holding it steady. that's 4 kg to go so it's realistic if I just keep at what I'm doing. hopefully! lol!
130.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
