Having full lunches, yet just a little popcorn at night, plus getting in a few steps. Trying to walk after work, was interested in a show about stairs, it’s a multi-step program.🙃
Hopefully, camping this weekend, I will be more active.
My doctor suggested yoga to reduce stress.
I told her that sounded like a stretch.😆

The subconscious mind does exactly what the conscious mind tells it to do, mine finally started listening!😊
189.2 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
