Hope it sticks! I ate well yesterday - under 1300 calories - good choices, too. Well, I DID eat one of those Kellogg's fiber bars which taste just like a candy bar to me! I worked out yesterday and the day before, believe I worked out on Wed, too. On a roll...


Worked out today - Crunch workout, Thin Thighs and some abs - about an hour. Yesterday was the same amount of time, but I did the 10 min. solution kickboxing dvd and the thin thighs. Cannot remember the day before... oh yeah. I did the Crunch Bootcamp one. I was sure I'd worked out every day since Wed. :)
125.8 lb Lost so far: 49.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

THANKS, happynow! :) With the number going DOWN on the scale instead of up, I'm sure to have a happy weekend! Sadly - yup, the scale CAN determine my mood. Not thrilled with that whole idea, but it's honest. Hope your weekend is great and that you ARE relaxing today.

WOW......when did YOU return to a regular journaler??? ( is that a word? is to ME) ha ha ha.....GREAT FOR YOU.....and clearly you are seeing results....Hmmmm lesson there? i guess so.
