Two things to mention off the bat. I did end up doing my plank last night, though with all the running around I slacked off on every thing else. I only walked about a half mile with Luna, too, because we got back home at about 8 pm. I felt terrible. So I ended up doing a 70 sec plank before going to bed.
Additionally - so close my my second short-term goal of 30 lbs lost I can taste it! I did, in fact, see 229.8 lbs on the scale today. But two of the three times, I got 230.2 lbs, so 230.2 lbs is what we're going with. The drop in weight, though, made me really curious to do measurements and so I did. I mean, technically, I started with my boost and ProBio5 on the 1st, so it's not like it isn't an interesting milestone to compare against - 2 weeks I mean.

Some fun facts. In November of 2009, I had measurements that were nearly identical. (Admittedly, my muffin top/abdominal area is bigger now than it was then.) I was 11.2 lbs lighter in November of 2009 than I am now. What does this mean? That I am maintaining a better muscle to fat ratio than I had all those years ago. :D
