Well, I don't know how accurate this weight is after a three day fast. I guess I'll see tomorrow.

I was fine with the fast until last night. Then I was super hungry and got a headache. Decided to just go to bed - no point in blowing it at the end of the night.

Anyway, I'm glad I did, feel like I got back on track after my brother's visit and sort of cleansed my body from all the toxins I managed to consume. I had no problems doing my workout yesterday and am about to do a workout right now. Feels GOOD to be this close to my goal again. Sure hope I've gotten myself back on track. Feels like it, emotionally speaking. Positive, already looking forward to what workout I'll do next, feel good about myself - all signs of being back on track.
126.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

RWL, I stretch before and after. :) Feel ok today but I'm going to walk a bit tonight to see how they are. Zumba in the morning will be the real test. I don't have the twinges in my legs like I have been. I was getting to the point it felt like throughout the day someone was sticking a needle in different places in my legs. ^&*%^ it hurt!

I'm holding you to that beer around the world run too btw. I have like four fundraiser change jars going. 1. surgery 2. girl's vacation in July 3. Guatemala missions trip this year. So yeah, I could totally fit AZ in there somewhere lol.

You better watch it Youngbug - I may just have to hold you to that! It'd be a blast. I'm still waiting for Klannoye to get off her butt and visit. Well, except she has things going on like a grandson due in just over 7 weeks! But when you make it - for sure beer around the world. And whatever else :D

Yup yup... those skinny aliens can have ALL my excess fat! I don't want it any more. Definitely feeling better and it's nice to be close to my goal. THIS time I hope to stay within that range I'm hoping for. So not worth feeling yucky for FOOD. And bad food at that!
