I had too much alcohol yesterday - Three glasses of wine at lunch and three vodka's at home over the course of the evening. Still managing to lose .6 of a pound with three good meal choices throughout the day. No workout but some yardwork.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
