Ramadan isn't going the way I want, I think I'm going to course correct by having a day or two where I'll aim to eat less than 1000 calories.

This worked for me last year and it put me on the path to losing like 8kg in a row so I'm going to try it again, I feel very desperate right now.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
