Not sure why weight loss slowed. Maybe cupcakes? Will try not eating bread for a day or two and see. Sleeping Bette tho.

Upper thigh- 24 (original: ???) lost: ???
Lower thigh- 20.5 (original: ???) lost???
209.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
