So the little voice inside my head won and I had to check my weight lol. Woohoo down a little more. So ready to be in the 150's by now. So close I can feel it. Well still doing the same eating between 1100-1300 calories a day depending on the extra activities I do or not. Still sticking with my 30 day shred video...on day 5 or 6 can't remember. On the 10th day I will start level 2. So ready. Well off to take my angelbaby to the park :-).

Also feel free to add me as a buddy. We all can use all the help we can get!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
