Monday morning weigh-in. Another good week. Down 2.8 lb this week. So, today I passed my 9/30/22 goal of 224.9, so I'm resetting my goal to my 12/31/22 goal of 199.9 My eating and exercise plan is still working, so I'm not going to make any changes at this point. Next Monday is the last day of tax season, so by the end of next week, I should be home and able to workout and hike much more often. Just counting the days.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 106.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
