I think I am stuck...I have had the same weight for the 4th consecutive day. I am okay with it though, considering yesterday I was not able to work out, instead I did 4 hours of driving and 10 hours of desk work.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you weighing daily? If so, shouldn't do that as weight fluctuates.

Yes, I weight everyday. I know all recommendations point against it but I need to do it to to monitor for trends in my weight in relation to the foods that I eat and the amount of activity I do. Daily fluctuations dont bother me as much as upward trends. As I try new things such as increasing my calories, eating at different times of the day, or increasing/decreasing my daily activity - monitoring trends in my daily weights helps me to determine which changes are good and which are bad for me.
