5 days on the mostly meal replacement bar & shakes type of diet. Dropped 4 lbs and then Plateau at day 3 - DRINK MORE WATER!! Same weight last 3 days -KEEP GOING!! You got this.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
