Yesterday was a good day. I completed 1 hour 15 minutes on the treadmill as well as 20 minutes of weight training. My appetite was consistent throughout the day.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
