Hii I've lost 2 pound since Tuesday which is brill lookin forward to the hoop challenge as my daughter loves doing it soo she's my personal trainer until my challenge is over good luck peeps. :) x
180.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 156.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
